Hello All! I am your friendly neighborhood Massage Therapist, and I am honored to introduce My Massage Studio, a safe, welcoming space where you can harmonize your body and mind.
I am certified in Orthopedic Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, specializing in therapeutic work with sessions tailored to your unique healing journey and physical well-being. I am also a Reiki practitioner, sound bowl therapy, and guided meditation.
Healing is a collaborative and deeply personal process, and I am committed to creating a grounded environment where your body feels supported and your nervous system can truly relax and exhale.
Outside of the studio, I’m a mom to one amazing human adult child and the proud keeper of 2 charismatic bearded dragons named Abraxos and Bo. I love to travel, read, and almost always have an audiobook playing in the background. I continually expand my education, deepening my knowledge in anatomy, bodywork, holistic wellness, and the science of healing, so I can better serve every client who walks through my door.
If your body is asking for relief, restoration, or grounding, I would be honored to work with you. Please know that this space is for you as well, so the music, podcast, or sounds that will help you relax are welcome. We can chat, stay silent, or do both throughout the session. I will listen and respect your autonomy to change the work we are doing. Your voice is heard in this space.
